Migrated server & Replicated Data???

I just migrated a server and ran into a problem. all data that was replicated to a file server opens in Read-Only format. I checked all premissions and they are set correctly. You can give full access to the files and when opend still open in read-only format. The only thing i can think of is that the data that was replicated has to be released from read only!!! IF i am correct WIll someone tell me how to fix this.

I have already stoped replication but may have missed a step in the process???
