Migrating Exchange 2003 Server from an Old Exchange 2003 box to a brand new

I have been asked to migrate our old 2003 server from and old HP box to a brand new Dell

I wonder if anyone could point me in the direction of a good step by step how too.

I have some experience of build exchange boxes but have never had to migrate one before so any advice on pitfalls to avoid would be good.
