Migrating Exchange, AD and GPO to brand new server

Hi All

What is an easiest way to migrating Exchange, AD and GPO to brand new server?

We have old custom made window SBS 2003 which is running Exchange, DNS, DHCP server, we would like to migrate existing server?s Exchange, AD and GPO to the new dell server which will be running SBS 2003. We would like to name new server different from old server. At the end of the process old server will be retired or used as file server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
