Migrating from 2003 Std Server to 2008 SBS server

I have been unable to locate any whitepapers on this subject and I am going to have to perform this very soon. The existing 2003 server STD is not utilizing Exchange. I am just trying to migrate from 2003 Std. DC to 2008 SBS DC. Any help or directions would be greatly appreciated.
