Migrating from Exchange on SBS server to new server with Exchange 2007

I am migrating from Exchange Server on Small Business Server 2003 to a new server on a new domain running Exchange 2007. The new mailbox accounts are already setup and all I need to do is get the mail from my small business server to new Exchange 2007 server.
