Migrating from GroupWise

We are migrating from a Novell Server to a Windows 2000 server. We currently use Groupwise as our mail client and mail server.
We wish to convert to Ipswitch’s IMail as our mail server and Outlook 2000 as our mail client. The question is, how do we migrate our address books and existing mail to the new products.

I believe I can convert the Novell address books to a csv file and then import it to Outlook, however, how do I move the existing mail.

Appreciate any help or suggestions.
