Migrating MS Proxy Server 2.0

I recently purchasd a new server. The biggest probelm I’m having is migrating my old Proxy server to my new proxy server, so I can that I can retire my old server. I have to migrate 300 clients (NT wkstations and Win9X) to my new server. Any help would be appreciated.
