migrating nt to 2000

im using P11 server with win NT 4.0,and i brought the new server P1V now i alrady installed the Win server 2000 for that new server,i want to promot this server as the domain serveer and i want make sure next time login my user to the domain login to this win 2000 server and i dont want to use that NT server after that like server can u help me to configure this
