Migrating printers from HP 4250 Print Server to Windows 2003

I have been using HP’s Print Server Appliances (4200 and 4250)for our network printing needs. A decision was made to migrate to Windows printing.
According to HP, I can use Microsofts printmigration tool to backup printers on the HP print server appliance and restore them to a windows print server. I cannot get the printmigration tool to authenticate to the PSA even though I am running the correct HP print appliance software. Has anyone had any experience in migrating from HP’s print server to a Windows Print server?
