Migrating Server 2003 to new hardware?

Hi Guys,

I have an old server running server 2003 enterprise it is a domain controller running active directory and also acts as an exchange 2003 server.

I have a brand spanking new HP server running server 2003 enterprise I want to migrate the old server including all settings to the new hardware.

Which is the easy route if any?
