Migrating shares across server

Hi all,
I have two servers, one low on space and one new with plenty of room. i want to move a shared directory from the old to the new, but am unsure how to ensure people can connect to the new location. All mappings are handled by a vbs script and would need to know where to make the changes and how to migrate the drive.
