Migration from IBM Content Manager

Hi,
we have IBM Content Manager V8.3 (DB2 Database) installed in our environment. This has been running for the last 6 years.

We want to migrate out of this application to another In House application (Java Oracle App). This is already identified.

QQ : How do I get the pointers of the Image storage out of IBM CM and re build them to the new application.
I would not like to re extract the images out and upload them to the new tool.
We are just looking to re build the pointers.

Wanted to check if it is possible and how can the same be done
