Migration from SBS 4.0 to SBS 2003

I have a client that is going to install a new server with Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 on it. They would like to migrate all of their email and clients from Micrsoft Small Business Server 4.0 on to this new server. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to migrate the email?
