MIgration from SBS to NTserver

I need to migrate from SBS 4.5 to NT server. Shall I experience problems with SID’s ? I have a batch that reconstructs all the profiles and workgroups, but i am worried about SID’s beying changed and not recognized. Any Suggestion or help ? Thank You. Mike
