Migration Novell& Groupwise to Microsoft

I have a scenerio as following and need someone out there help, please:
Plans are in progress to migrate from Novell and Groupwise to Microsoft and Exchange
Server. You are asked to Architect and deploy the install. Do you have the qualifications?
If yes, please describe your solution plan. Would you request additional resources?
