Migration to new sever 2003 – one DC

Hi,

My pop has one DC server 2003 in his office. I have bought him a new faster better server and would like to transfer AD and file permissons etc.. to the new server. I would like to keep the same computer name and domain. ie the server is named msd on the meram domain.

can anyone point me in the right direction,
