mini sd card not recognise

i have i-mate windows mobile i did’t get recognise
my mem card few days back it is working now when i connect to my pc through data cable it will shows all files but not able to install new files as well as i put in to card reader it will hang and in that card have more space how to formate my mem card. before i use nokia n73 formating is *#7370# something here windows mobile having any num like nokia can u pls tell me source
