Mirroring 1 server to another

I’ve run into a little problem here, I have a Dell Poweredge 4400 with RAID 5 enabled (end of life) hosting an application called Personic Ezlive (end of life). I do not have the installation CD for the application and that company no longer exists.

So my only option is to transfer an exact replica of that server to a new one.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what software I should use and what I should be aware of when tackling this migration?
