Mirroring SQL Trans. Log on RAID5 server

I wanted to know if there were any configurations (S/W or H/W), preferrably H/W that will allow me to mirror my SQL transaction log on a single RAID-5 server. I am in a single-server domain (using a Dell Small Business Server)with dual processors and would like to be able to segregate my data and SQL transaction log for maintenance/back-up. However, I would like to utilize both processors on the server – can an external device (i.e. disk duplicator) be utilized to do this. If so, where can I see/research that option (vendor?)?
