missing library msvcr80.dll

Hi,im currently encountering an error when i run a program from a CD (Strategies for Success reviewer) and i recieve an error which is:

Executable ‘C:\Program Files\Strategies for Success\SFS.exe ‘had the following unrecoverable error: Couldn’t find library MSVCR80.dll (required by C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MICROS~1\OFFICE12\MSOXMLMF.DLL) Please ensure that it is installed

I tried restarting the pc, uninstalling-reinstalling the program and nothing works.

I hope someone can help me out with this.
