Missing Network drives in Explorer

Recently, while fixing a problem, I mapped a network drive to a folder that is normally mapped for me auto. during login. I did not select “Reconnect at login”, but now when I log in using a login script from an NT4 domain I cannot see any of my network drives in Windows explorer EXCEPT for the one I had mapped manually. Yet if I use an OPEN dialog from an app. I can see & access all of them.

If I disconnect this drive, log out (not shut down) and log back in I see all drives in Explorer. It seems that the reconnect option is active if I shut down & restart.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
