Missing PEAP EAP type

Somehow missing the PEAP EAP Type option with the Windows Wireless Zero Configuration Authentication. The only option is to use “Smart Card or Certificate”.
Using XP SP2 with the WPA2 hotfix installed. I’ve tried reinstalling the hotfix several times, but PEAP option doesn’t exist.
I want to use PEAP and MS-CHAP-V2 for the authentication.
Any help to get the PEAP option appreciated.
