Missing SBS 2003

So we had a HDD crash in our 2 Server network.
1st server (had the HDD crash)was the sbs-2003 with exchange, and the 2nd server is a Domain Controller running server windows 2003.

with the lost of our SBS-2003 box (and thus our Exchange server as well) we would like to know if its possible to convert the remaining DC to be the primary SBS-2003 server?
