Mitel VoIp setup with HP procurve Vlan Tagging

Hello,
We are in the process of implementing Mitel VoIp with HP procuve switches. Default Vlan (data),Vlans 30 (Voice).

Mitel 3300 we will be using its DHCP for the VoIP phones on Vlan30. The default vlan data using MS Dhcp server.

The questions
1)Will the above config work? If so, how will the port that Mitel dhcp is plugged to be set Tagged/untagged?

Help pls, We are able to understand the vlan concept but not sure about the above setting.
