Mixed-Platform Video Conferencing

I’m looking to set up videoconferencing between 3 offices, one largely Mac-based and two with both Windows and Mac. Need a video conferencing solution, cost will be something of an issue, so would be willing to look at something with fewer bells andwhistles. 2 connections are DSL, other is a fibre connection w/ 2Mbps. Any suggestions?
