ML370 and windows XP

Hello,
I am trying to load XP Pro on my ML370. I did have win2K server loaded, but would rather have XP. (this system will never be used on line!) I used “smartstart” 5.50 and tried win 2k drivers for the 431 controller when asked for storage drivers. Using XP start floppies, I get to the end and ..zap.. no storage device found.
Can I load XP on this system? What procedure should I use, and where can I find drivers?
Any help or advice will be appreciated!
