Mobile Broadband Service Providers

Any suggestions re best mobile broadband service provider? Have a user with wireless card in Sony VAIO (laptop (XP Pro OS)and Cingular wireless service that is constantly getting knocked off of his Citrix remote access sessions (even though his Browser works fine). He suspects that Cingular’s download speed is so slow that Citrix interprets as a disconnect. Any thoughts/suggestions.
