mobile internet toolkit database using sql server 2005 standard edition

ive got the problem in retrieving the database in sql server 2005 connection string and query from my final year project. my topic is mobile web application for user’s guide in unimas using visual studio .net 2003(mobile control). i hope you all can give the sample coding or solution for my problem.
