Mobile User VPN and SBS2003

We recently switched from Server2000 to SBS 2003…part of our old system was Mobile User VPN 7.3 to access our Firebox remotely.
However, the old connections are no longer accepted into the new server. Is this a firewall issue a server issue, or something bizarre?
