Modem Cable

I’ve a special modem cable to be used in this situation where
i would like to connect two PC into a Modem.I want to avoid plug in and plug out on the both computer and using 2 way data switch.I would like to know is it possible to connect 1 modem into 2 PC using 2 female head connector.
