Modem problems

I have a ModemBlaster Flash56. I am trying to get it to work, but it isn’t recognizing it. I have done everything I can think of. I was just using it when I had to reload my software. I forgot how I got the system to recognize it before.

I have tried changing the IRQ, and the COM ports, but no luck. I checked the jumpers on the modem, and they are all correct.

Any help would be appreciated.
