Modify dropdown values in a list type with Oracle Agile PLM

This issue has to do with Oracle Agile PLM.
Could you let me know if it’s possible to change dropdown
Based on the value under another simple list, values on a simple list. For instance, if list 1 contains the value Y, the dropdown for list 2 should display B and C, and if list 2 contains the value Z, the dropdown for list 2 should display D and E, and so on.
Please provide some ideas.
