Monitor Calibration

hai i need help to calibrate my LCD and CRT monitors my question is my friend’s monitor is Samsung LCD he calibrated his monitor just weeks before but i am using Dell LCD and Samsung CRT monitors i don’t have calibration tool but he has given (vivek.icc) profile from his calibrated system will this profile support for my system? if it will support how can i import this one then how can i idendify RGB values from that file and how to set up the RGB value on my icc profile
