Monitor employees’ Internet use

My boss wants to know:
1. Which sites employees access, for how long they stay browsing and at what time.
2. Which employees use IM, with whom are they chatting, for how and at what time.
What software-based solution can I use.
Ideally, the one that will cover both objectives.
