Monitor Problems

Has anyone ran into a similar problem with the monitor. What has been happening is that the monitor will go off every one to two minutes. The only way that we can get the monitor working again is to shut it off and turn it back on. Here are the things that we have done to try and fix the problem. First off we replaced all of the wiring to and from the monitor and PC including network lines. We even changed the surge protector on the machine. We change plugs in the room and moved the furniture around. We even replaced the monitor in the room and the PC itself. We called the electrician in to make sure it was not the electrical settings in the room. to avail all did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
