monitor problems

Hello!
I’m experiencing big problems with my monitor(a Targa 15′, 4 years old).It started to get flickery and by now it’s worse, it’s literally shaking on the corners, sometimes it just darkens and it’s blurry/shaky all the time.Why does this happen?Do I have to buy a new one or is it repairable?
