Monitor the email flow of the Exchange Server 2013 environment

Hi,

My organisation is interested in getting a comprehensive report of all the user’s email sent and received both within and outside the Exchange Server organisation separately. Apart from this they also want to get the details of each user mailboxes separately in terms of the data present in the inbox, calender and other folders.

Please suggest a method to get all these things in one go…
