Monitor Turning White

I have a Westinghouse LCM-17v8 monitor, and its got a problem I’ve never heard of (and neither have my friends). When I turn it on, the screen is really light. After remaining on the screen gets progressively lighter and lighter until the entire screen is washed in white. I cannot see any anything behind the white either. I’ve tried adjusting the brightness, contrast, ect, but to no avail. I’ve also hooked it up to other computers and the same problem still persists. If anyone has any idea what the problem might be, and how I might fix it, please let me know.
