monitoring software for a small business

i trying to find monitoring software (specifically on internet usage) for a small peer to peer network. the network shares a single IP for web access and the client base is a mix of Win7 home ver and win8.1 on less than 10 computers. My goal is to produce robust reports (graphically appealing/bar type graphs) on internet usage for each client/end user. I’ve tried webwatcher but the reporting is less than what is desired. SpectorSoft 360 requires a more evolved network structure based on my experience and working with SpectorSoft Network Engineer. Can any please provide me some direction or possible solution to this need?
