monitoring the lan

my company has one windows 2000 domain controller & 50 clients. clients have win2k prof. installed. all the clients are connected to internet. i want to keep a check on all the user on the clients , like what they downloads ,what sites they access &which user chat during office hours. could anyone suggest me a good software.
