hi this question was answerd once but didnt do for me i have a printer/scanner/copier all in 1 machine and it tells me to check cartraige or close door on it and ive done both, it doesnt have a printer alignment nowhere it is a canon multipass c5500, now what do i do, can i download a user guide for this ?
