More than 254 Computers…

Hi, I have the following scenario:
NET 1 is 192.168.1.x
DCHP Server/Gateway is a Linksys Box

Because the linksys box is running out of ip leases.

One cheap solution is isolate 20 computers creating another NET 2 192.168.2.x

Right now we have two PDCs in NET1. The second PDC is serving 20 computers.

If i install a second NIC and DHCP Server into the PDC#2 so the second NIC can lease ip addresses with scheme 192.168.2.x part.

How can make the 20 computers go out to the internet?
What kind of settings do i have to type in the NICs in PDC#2?
Do I have to enable IP Forwarding?
