Motherboard help please

Hi, I am relatively new to PC part picking and need some advice on selecting a motherboard. I have recently purchased a new gtx 1060 3gb along with a new 550w psu to power it as I didn’t want to continue using my 350w unbranded psu. However, I found that once it arrived it didnt fit my motherboard so I will therefore need a new one. I have an i5 4460 cpu along with 2×4 sticks of ddr3 ram. Please help me by telling me what I need to look for when buying and any recommendations of good mbs would be greatly appreciated.

I will answer any questions about pc specs as fast as possible.
