Motherboard problem

I have a Gigabyte P4 Titan Series motherboard that is working perfectly ok(the pc boots up normal and everything) except for the fact that the mouse and keyboard are not responding.I tried different keyboards and mice and still nothing. And strangely enough there are no error messages.Does anyone know what to do with it?
