Motherboard Problems

I’m having a problem getting my computer to boot. All the LED’s come on but the comoputer won’t display anything. No beep codes sound. THis led me to the cpu but it works fine in another computer with the same motherboard. Video and ram also work inthat computer. Power outputs the voltage. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to fix this problem or is the motherboard dead.
