Motherboard Upgrade

I would like to upgrade my old ATX motherboard, but I am not sure how to select a drop-in replacement. The selections often give dimensions that don’t exactly match mine and don’t give the mounting hole dimensions at all. I’ve run diagnostic programs to ID the motherboard, but can’t because it is an OEM board made special for TriGem. Please give me an idea where to start. Thank You.
