Mouse Cursor speed

Because of disability, I can only use an On-Screen Keyboard & trackball.

Under the mouse settings in the Control Panel, I have the mouse speed set all the way up, but it still isn’t fast enough for me.

Is there a software solution that I can buy to increase my cursors speed/motion even further?
