Move DNS server from a 2003 DC to a 2003.

Hey guys,
I have been searching the web for hours, but didn’t find (or understood) any interesting things.
I got 2 servers here. both running under 2003 std. let’s call them SRV1 and SRV2.
SRV1 is a DC, with AD, DNS, DHCP, etc, and also a Terminal server. SRV2 is a freshly new installed one.
We would like to move the DNS function from SRV1 to SRV2 and deactivate the DNS server on SRV1.

Is there any specific way to do that ?
Does SRV2 need to be a DC as well ?
DNS function is already installed on SRV2, but I am not really sure what to do then…
