Move IIS4 along with ODBC connections

I am upgrading my IIS4 web server from an old box to a new P-III, My web needs many ODBC connections to work, to many to count. Is there a registry key I can import/export to move/mirror/import etc… so I do not have to manually copy all of these as it would take probably 2 full days to do this manually? Thanks
