move mailbox to another server problems

I’m in the process of moving the company’s mailbox store to another server, but currently I am testing the move with my own mailbox. Using the exchange wizard I move the box, locate it on the new server, and send e-mails. BUT, I am not able to receive any, and users that try to send to the account get a “System Undeliverable” message.

Would anyone have any idea what could resolve this issue?
